Bournemouth v Chelsea matched betting tips for the Premier League match at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday 28th October. Read the match preview and predictions for Bournemouth v Chelsea matched betting tips.

It is fair to say that this season has not gone entirely to plan for both of these sides. Bournemouth have comfortably beaten the drop in the last few seasons, though it looks as if The Cherries could be set for a relegation battle this time out. Defending Champions Chelsea have not had it all their own way, and already sit 9 points off Manchester City who top the table.

Bournemouth Team News

Eddie Howe does not have too many injuries to worry about. Tyrone Mings has been out for over a month with a back injury, but could come back into the squad for this game. Brad Smith is likely to miss out, while reserve goalkeeper Adam Federici is a long term absentee. Josh King missed the win away at Stoke through illness, but will probably be back in the starting 11. King coming in for Mousset may be the only change after such a good performance last time out.

Chelsea Team News

N’Golo Kante will miss the game at the Vitality Stadium as he is still recovering from a hamstring injury. Tiemoue Bakayoko will continue to take his place in the side, after a couple of excellent performances. Victor Moses also picked up a hamstring injury, which means Cesar Azpilicueta will likely play at right wing back again. The 3-4-3 formation got them a win against Watford last week and Antonio Conte will probably look to make as few changes as possible.

Bournemouth v Chelsea Predictions

Bournemouth are fresh off an excellent win away to Stoke City last weekend. Andrew Surman and Junior Stanislas got that early goals to claim The Cherries’ second Premier League win of the season. It was much needed too, as they sit second bottom of the table, only above crisis club Crystal Palace. A win against Chelsea could take them out of the drop zone, but it will be no easy task.

Chelsea proved that they were still full of grit and determination last week, coming from 1-2 down to go on and beat Watford 4-2. That match also proved that they do have options to come off the bench and win a game, as Michy Batshuayi grabbed two goals. If they have any hopes of defending their Premier League title, they simply must win at the Vitality Stadium.

As the stats suggest Over 2.5 Goals is likely whenever both of these sides play, they seems like a good bet. The tip is also for Chelsea to win, and if you fancy the correct score, a close 1-2 result could offer value.
