Conor McGregor v Donald Cerrone Sports Bets
McGregor and Cerrone are two of the most entertaining fighters in MMA and a clear favourite has not yet been determined. However, the bookies favour McGregor to get back to winning ways and are currently pricing the Irish fighter at 1/2 (1.5) to win. Cerrone, although at slightly higher odds, shouldn’t be dismissed and is currently priced at 13/5 (3.6).
One advantage Cerrone has over McGregor is that the fight is at welterweight (170 pounds). Cerrone has had success at 170 whereas McGregor has mainly made a name for himself at featherweight (145) and lightweight (155). As such Cerrone should have a size advantage over McGreggor which could play its part. Bookies are currently accepting a number of sports bets on the fight with some of the current odds and markets listed below.
Either fighter to win by KO, TKO or Disqualification is looking likely at odds of 2/7 with either to win on points a hefty 10/1 with some online bookies.
If you think there won’t be a winner, Bet365 are offering odds of 80/1 for the fight to end in a draw or technical draw.

Conor McGregor v Donald Cerrone Prediction
Many are backing McGreggor to win this fight but it’s definitely not set in stone. McGreggor has only had one MMA fight in the UFC since 2016 which he lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov. He also lost to Nante Diaz that year before claiming victory in a rematch almost three months later.
Cerrone favours the stand-up jiu-jitsu style of fighting and so if McGreggor wants his best chance of winning, he’ll have to play to his own strengths. We expect McGreggor to ve the fight and appetite to see this fight through and will be backing him to win by KO, TKO, Submission or disqualification at odds of 4/9.
