888Sport Extends Kambi Sports Betting Partnership

Kambi Group PLC and 888 Holdings have extended their sports betting partnership. The contract extension will see Kambi continue to provide its technology services to 888Sport over the next few years. 888Sport is the operator’s sports betting brand and a leading name in the online betting industry. Kambi has acquired multi-year revenue from a key customer.

The financial terms of multi-year deal are effective from January 1st 2017. This is expected to impact Kambi revenues, with net reductions to accounts expected to be around €1 million for the first half of  2017. However, the long-term security of both parties is now much more secure. Kambi has enjoyed a fruitful partnership with 888 since 2013, since when 888Sport growth has been fivefold. The contract extension comes on the back of that success and is a clear endorsement from each firm.

CEO of Kambi, Kristian Nylén commented on the new agreement with 888 Holdings;

“We are delighted to continue building on the successful partnership we have had with 888Sport over the last four years and look forward to further contributing to its future growth.

During this time, 888sport has seen a massive increase in its Sportsbook revenues, showcasing the quality of the Kambi Sportsbook services.”
