Volt Casino Closes Sportsbook

Online casino and bookmaker, Volt Casino, has removed the sports betting side of their service in a sudden move which has puzzled some customers. Volt Sports was removed from the site on what is believed to have been either Wednesday evening or Tuesday morning (30th October) and at this point, no official announcement has been made by Volt.

After contacting Volt customer support, we received the following response:

“We have decided to stop providing sports betting here at Volt Casino, unfortunately. This is a business decision on our end. Please rest assured that any bets made will be honoured and any winnings paid to your account. Our large selection of casino and table games will remain however and we hope you will enjoy using these further, we are constantly working to improve the gaming experience and casino products for our players. My apologies for any inconvenience caused!”

“This is due to that this was a decision we got yesterday so sometimes it hard to announce it well in time.”

Based on the above information, it is unclear at this point why Volt has removed their sportsbook. However, thankfully Volt Casino continues to run which gives a bit of reassurance in relation to customers’ funds.
